This is Aiya Lisova’s personal apartment, notable for its historical architectural elements like herringbone parquet, moldings, wooden windows, and double doors. These features were carefully restored and integrated into a modern, art-filled, and comfortable space with a calm, neutral color palette.
Driaan Claassen exhibition
The “Forms of Silence” exhibition, part of the AIYA Collectible project, showcases Cape Town sculptor Driaan Claassen’s diverse techniques and materials. Claassen’s work explores non-linear processes, translating intangible concepts like thoughts, memories, and emotions into physical form. The forms and textures of his sculptures encourage meditative reflection. Driaan's works exemplify how modern, high-tech art can connect us to nature, our essence, and the roots of creation.
AIYA Bureau’s office with creative atmosphere
The design studio’s office is a place where work is enjoyable, and the space itself inspires the team. It is filled with art, paintings, graphics, sculptures, and vintage furniture from Aiya Lisova’s private collection. Every detail matters here. The extensive use of white finishes is ideal for a design studio, making it perfect for working with samples.
Apartment in a historical building
An apartment is located in an early 20-century building. AIYA’s team made it a priority to recreate and seamlessly integrate the original architectural features into a modern, comfortable space. One of the historical elements here is a sophisticated tiled stove, a unique and rare feature in residential apartments. Another highlight of the apartment is a bar in the manner of vintage bars in Milan adding a touch of European elegance and charm.
Residence with SPA
A spacious two-story house was built to accommodate a family of five. It was important to create an intimate and cozy atmosphere for the whole family to rest, as well as to design private spaces for each family member. The interior of the house is closely tied to its exterior and natural surroundings in terms of color palette and finishes. A standout feature of the project is the in-house spa area and gym, enhancing the family’s lifestyle.
Stylish apartment in Dubai
The light-filled apartment in Jumeirah was designed with a harmonious blend of elegance and warmth. The neutral finishes provided the perfect canvas for infusing the space with personality and charm. A plenty of green plants, wooden finishes, vibrant textures, and ethnic motifs in the materials and decor were added. Carefully selected furniture, lighting, and decor from local suppliers create a sense of authenticity and connection to the region.
Penthouse with panoramic view
Stylish penthouse full of art and designer furniture was designed for demonstration and future sales. The core of the project is dark monochrome finishes that are great for furniture in neutral colors and with sophisticated shapes. The design process was challenging due to the angular panoramic windows offering stunning views of the city center.

A stylish and comfortable lobby in a premium residential complex was created for a prominent developer aiming to attract potential buyers and emphasize its elite status. A carefully considered layout, the meticulous selection of high-quality finishing materials, and an unwavering attention to details have made this lobby an exceptional tool for marketing and sales.

A cosy and comfortable townhouse is designed in a modern style. A palette of natural neutrals was chosen to make the interior calm and nourishing. This classic base is complemented by exquisite Italian furniture and pieces of art and decor.

A two-story house with panoramic windows was built in the mountains of Sochi. The main idea was to create a harmonious space with clean aesthetics for relaxation. Soft colors and natural materials like wood, stone, leather, and textiles were used throughout the space, with wooden ceiling beams adding a chalet-like touch.

A spacious apartment for a family was designed with considerations for remote work, entertaining guests, relaxation, and plans for future children. Muted tones, marbled porcelain stoneware, wood, metal, glass, and natural textiles created a warm, yet elegant ambience.

The main goal was to design a stylish and comfortable space perfectly suited for sale and attracting clients. High-quality visualizations of the project were effectively used in advertising campaigns, highlighting the uniqueness and appeal of the apartments.

The interior was designed for the sales office of the residential complex that in future would be transformed into the grand lobby. Our team successfully delivered a stylish and comfortable design tailored to meet the developer’s sales objectives and maximize its market appeal. The high-quality visualizations became a powerful tool in marketing strategy, effectively showcasing the complex’s status.
Spacious apartment for a family
A spacious three-bedroom apartment, designed for a family with three children, blends tradition with modern style. To evoke a chic London aesthetic, some specific architectural details were incorporated. Graphic ceiling moldings, black-painted decorative window frames, unique porcelain stoneware, and a striking Fior di Bosco marble wall by Antolini in the kitchen are among them.

A vibrant family penthouse with historical details, contemporary art, and designer furniture was designed for a family of three. The project’s highlight is an open terrace offering an amazing view on the city center. The interior created is a great example of how to mix luxury european brands, hi-end technologies, old architectural heritage while creating a comfortable living space.

As a result, there is not only a large kitchen-living-dining area but also a master block with its own relaxing zone and an en-suite bathroom. Careful selection of furniture and neat accents reveal the refined taste of both designers and apartment owners.

This Alpine villa was envisioned as a private retreat, offering its owners a serene space to relax and reconnect with nature. The interiors reflect the surrounding landscape through natural materials and a soft, earthy palette. Expansive panoramic windows blur the line between indoors and outdoors, filling the living spaces with mountain views and daylight.

The project brings together architecture, interior, and landscape design to create a contemporary retreat rooted in tradition. At its heart is a tea house with a carefully composed tea room – a space of calm, intimacy, and ritual. Surrounding the tea house, the landscape unfolds as an extension of its philosophy.
