Apartment in a historical building
An apartment is located in an early 20-century building. AIYA’s team made it a priority to recreate and seamlessly integrate the original architectural features into a modern, comfortable space. One of the historical elements here is a sophisticated tiled stove, a unique and rare feature in residential apartments. Another highlight of the apartment is a bar in the manner of vintage bars in Milan adding a touch of European elegance and charm.
Residence with SPA
A spacious two-story house was built to accommodate a family of five. It was important to create an intimate and cozy atmosphere for the whole family to rest, as well as to design private spaces for each family member. The interior of the house is closely tied to its exterior and natural surroundings in terms of color palette and finishes. A standout feature of the project is the in-house spa area and gym, enhancing the family’s lifestyle.
Penthouse with panoramic view
Stylish penthouse full of art and designer furniture was designed for demonstration and future sales. The core of the project is dark monochrome finishes that are great for furniture in neutral colors and with sophisticated shapes. The design process was challenging due to the angular panoramic windows offering stunning views of the city center.
Tasteful apartment for urban dwellers
This elegant apartment in the prestigious residential complex offers a spacious and functional layout. It was determined by the desire to leave as much open space and air as possible. As a result, there is not only a large kitchen-living-dining area but also a master block with its own relaxing zone and an en-suite bathroom. Careful selection of furniture and neat accents reveal the refined taste of both designers and apartment owners.
Refined villa in the Alps
This Alpine villa was envisioned as a private retreat, offering its owners a serene space to relax and reconnect with nature. The interiors reflect the surrounding landscape through natural materials and a soft, earthy palette. Expansive panoramic windows blur the line between indoors and outdoors, filling the living spaces with mountain views and daylight.
